2) Can I get a sample before mass production? Is it free?

Yes. The normal progress is that we will make a pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. Mass production will start after we get your confirmation on this sample.

3) How long is the bulk production time?

Sample time is about 2-5 days. For mass production, it takes about 10-15 days, ultimately depending on the quantity of goods.

4) How long is the turnaround time?

It depends on the printing project. Generally, it takes 1 to 2 weeks for printing after PDF proof approval, plus about 5 days for air shipping or 20-40 days for sea shipping.

5) How do you ensure quality? What if we are not satisfied?

We produce a sample for your check before mass production, and the final production will strictly match the approved sample.
