Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between DDP and DDU shipping?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle all costs including customs clearance and taxes. You pay one all-inclusive price. DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) means we deliver to your address, but you are responsible for paying import duties and taxes upon arrival.
How is the cost for air freight calculated?
Air freight is charged per kilogram. For low-density cargo, we use a volumetric weight calculation (L x W x H / 6000) and charge based on whichever weight is greater.
What is the difference between FCL and LCL for sea freight?
FCL (Full Container Load) is when you rent an entire container, offering more security and speed. LCL (Less than Container Load) is when you share container space with others, which is cost-effective for smaller volumes under 15 CBM.
Can you combine packages from different suppliers?
Yes, this is our consolidation service. Your suppliers send goods to our China warehouse; we inspect, repack, and combine them into a single shipment to save you on international freight costs.
How do you handle high-value or sensitive products?
We recommend all-risk insurance and use discreet, tamper-evident packaging. For sensitive items like batteries, we ensure compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods regulations to avoid delays.
What happens if my goods are lost or damaged?
While carrier liability is limited, we strongly urge clients to purchase full Marine Cargo Insurance. We can arrange this policy for you to ensure you are fully compensated for any physical loss or damage.
