Do you charge based on CBM or KG for LCL shipments?
In most cases, if the volumetric weight is greater than the gross weight, we charge by CBM. If the gross weight is greater, we charge by KG.
How is volumetric weight calculated?
The formula is: Volumetric Weight = [Length(cm) x Width(cm) x Height(cm)] / 6000. For Global Express, the divisor is 5000.
Do I need to provide information for customs clearance with DDP service?
No, for DDP service, we handle all customs clearance under our name and deliver the goods directly to your final destination.
How do you guarantee the lowest rates for multiple fulfillment centers?
We utilize Container Freight Stations (CFS) at major ports (Los Angeles, Long Beach, Chicago, Savannah, New York, Houston). By shipping to the nearest port to your fulfillment center, we reduce land transportation costs, ensuring a more cost-effective process.
