The formula is: Volumetric Weight = [Length(cm) x Height(cm) x Width(cm)] / 6000. For Global Express, the divisor is 5000.
Do I need to provide customs clearance info for DDP service?
No, for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, we handle all customs clearance under our name and deliver directly to your final destination.
What is required for DAP or PVA shipments to the UK/EU?
You must have your own VAT and EORI account. For PVA (Postponed VAT Accounting), you must also have VAT payment records for at least the previous three months.
