During the working hours (GMT 00:00-15:00), we will reply within half an hour. For other hours, we will reply the next day.

2) Can I get a sample before mass production, and is it free?

Yes. The normal progress is that we will make a pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. Mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.

3) How long is the bulk production time?

Sample time is about 2-5 days. For mass production, it takes about 10-15 days, ultimately depending on the quantity of goods.

4) How long is the turnaround time for shipping?

It takes 1 to 2 weeks for printing after you approve the PDF proofs. Shipping takes about 5 days by air and 20-40 days by sea.

5) How do you ensure your quality? What if we are not satisfied?

Usually, we produce a sample for you to check before mass production, and the final production will be identical to the approved sample to ensure consistency.

6) What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept PDF, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop files. All images should be higher than 300dpi for the best print quality.
