The intelligent push-board sorting machine is an advanced sorting system designed for handling and sorting various items, such as parcels, packages, and small goods. It is a crucial piece of equipment in logistics and e-commerce operations due to its efficiency and accuracy.
The sorting system is composed of several parts: a feeding device, a main unit, a barcode scanning device, sorting bins, a steel frame, a sorting conveyor device, and a pushing device. The system is controlled by an electronic control system. Items are manually placed and synchronized on the sorting main unit, where they are automatically scanned and the barcode information is read. The system then interacts with the WCS (Warehouse Control System) to determine the sorting destination, and the sorting machine conveys and sorts the items to the corresponding bin.
